Primal Diet and Exercise

All in 2 1/2 hrs this morning I cycled HARD about 12 miles (45 min) then ran 1.5 mi. for the first time in over 2 years due to weak legs, shortness of breath and knee surgery. I had No problem. This took 15 minutes then I swam 600 meters in 15 minutes and lifted Heavy [weights] feeling super strong for another 20 minutes.

I totally feel better then I did in my prime of competing in gymnastics and skiing... and body building. This was 25-30 years ago.

Imagine what I could be like 6 months from now... 12 months from now... heck, I could be in some masters division athletic event!! With this diet (even now [I'm] only able to consume about 1/2 of what you suggested).

Have you ever considered a program for Athletes with your diet and nutrition consults and someone else's physical training programs etc.??? I know Doug Graham claims to train world class and Olympic athletes with his fruitarian diet and workouts... he has a large retreat in Costa Rica. Heck, they eat mainly bananas and drink veggie juice.

I am sending SEVERAL people to your site here these past few days in hopes that they take step 1 and order your book.

I have honestly never felt like this (similar [to] when on mega synthetic supplements) but I feel way more clean and natural.

I am going to get all of my labs redone this July or August to compare to what they were back in early January and to the time when I was raw vegan... they were Very low, dangerously low then.

You are #1 on my lips of discussion with all now.
I believe in You I want to live feeling like THIS!
